Module 1: Understanding Fibromyalgia

The first module covers the pathophysiology, clinical features and types of fibromyalgia. It also introduces the Lumina Diagnostic Aid – a pre-consultation tool that assesses the characteristics of a patient’s pain and other symptoms and provides the healthcare provider with an accurate suggested diagnosis to be confirmed during the first consultation.

Module 2: Treating Fibromyalgia

The second module addresses the cause of fibromyalgia pain and introduces the Lumina Care Plan for Fibromyalgia. You will explore all the different treatment options included in the care plan like electrical neuromodulation, non-pharmacological treatments, and pharmacological treatments.

Module 3: Continuous Care for Fibromyalgia

The final module covers the role continuous care plays in empowering patients, ensuring patient adherence, encouraging exploration, and improving patient outcomes. It also suggests a few ways to establish a more robust and effective continuous care practice, one of the ways being the Lumina Patient Companion which is a continuous care solution designed to track symptoms and educate patients.
